By role-modelling good self-care practices, you will inspire others to look after their own mental health and well-being.
By attending the course, you will learn to:
• Identify if an employee may be experiencing poor mental health
• Feel confident having open conversations about mental health with your team members
• Appropriately signpost to available support and know where to go for support and guidance for yourself
• Exemplify effective self-care practices, motivating your teams to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing.

Sessions

  • Four-hour course delivered face-to-face or online.
  • Immersive training session, led by an instructor with people management experience.
  • Opportunities to practice embedding skills through group activities and discussions to share best practices.

The course is delivered to a maximum of 12 people to allow for rich discussion

Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will convert you to a delegate and trigger the provision of your course resources. A confirmation of payment and your booking will be confirmed by email. If you have not received this, please contact me. To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded. There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48-hour cooling-off period. A course booking can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled to either an on line or face to face course. If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course. If you have a cold, cough, temperature or COVID-19 systems you will be refused entry on the day and an alternative course date will be booked for you.
