Mental Health First Aid - Half Day - Face to Face
This half-day course raises awareness of mental health. It covers:
- What mental health is and how to challenge stigma
- A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues
- An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing
- Confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue
Cost
£75 per person (inclusive)

Format
- This is a half day course delivered face to face/classroom at a Herts venue or your place of work.
- Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities
- Numbers are up to 25 depending on C-19 secure workplace regulations and safe workspace where numbers may have to be reduced to ensure safety and wellbeing.
