The Refresher course will support your existing Mental Health First Aiders by:
- Renewing their skills
- Updating their knowledge of mental health support.
- Giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
- Enables Mental Health First Aiders to refresh their skills in the same way as physical First Aiders do.
- It is a great way to demonstrate your organisation’s commitment to treating mental and physical health equally.
Investing in the course will give you the confidence that your Mental Health First Aiders are performing their role safely and effectively.
(Existing certificates have a 3-year expiry)
£80.00 per person

Everyone who completes the course receives the following:
- A certificate of attendance.
- Access to the new MHFAider App & Support
- A manual/workbook to refer to whenever you need it
