Description
This one-day course qualifies you as an MHFA Champion, giving you:
⢠An understanding of common mental health issues
⢠Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
⢠Ability to spot signs of mental ill health
⢠Skills to support positive wellbeing
Sessions
There are four sessions, two in the morning and two in the afternoon.
Places are limited to 12 people per course to ensure everyone’s safety and support.
Location
Learning takes place through live training via the MHFA Online Learning Hub.
Accessibility
Ian Cartwright Mental Health First Aid Training strives to run courses that everyone can access. When you book onto a course, please advise of any accessibility requirement you need to access the course. Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will convert you to a delegate and trigger the provision of your course resources. A confirmation of payment and your booking will be confirmed by email. If you have not received this, please contact me. To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded. There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48-hour cooling-off period. A course booking can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled to either an on line or face to face course. If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course. If you have a cold, cough, temperature or COVID-19 systems you will be refused entry on the day and an alternative course date will be booked for you.
