Empower Mental Health First Aiders to maintain their skills with regular Refresher training.
The Refresher course will support your existing Mental Health First Aiders by:
Renewing their skills
Updating their knowledge of mental health support.
Giving them the chance to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
Enables Mental Health First Aiders to refresh their skills in the same way as physical First Aiders do.
It is a great way to demonstrate your organisationâs commitment to treating mental and physical health equally.

Ian Cartwright Mental Health First Aid Training strives to run courses that everyone can access. When you book onto a course, please advise of any accessibility requirement you need to access the course. For private bookings, at your workplace, or alternative course timings (including night shift staff), please email ian@iancartwrightmhfa.co.uk
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be made prior to attending the course as this will convert you to a delegate and trigger the provision of your course resources. A confirmation of payment and your booking will be confirmed by email. If you have not received this, please contact me. To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded. There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48-hour cooling-off period. A course booking can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled to either an on line or face to face course. If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course. If you have a cold, cough, temperature or COVID-19 systems you will be refused entry on the day and an alternative course date will be booked for you.
