Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking your course.

On receiving payment you will receive confirmation of payment and your booking will be confirmed by email. If you have not received this, please contact me.

If you are attending an on line course your course resources will be sent to the address you have provided.

To cancel or reschedule please be aware that only courses cancelled within 48 hours of booking can be refunded.

There is no refund available on any cancellation of booking prior to the course start date after the 48 hour cooling off period.

A course booking can be rescheduled due to extenuating prior to the course start date. This can be rescheduled to either an online course or face to face,

If a face to face course has to be cancelled due to COVID-19, you will be notified and automatically offered a place on an equivalent online course or invited to attend an alternative face to face course.

If you are unwell please do NOT attend the course.

If you have a cold, cough or temperature you will be refused entry on the day and an alternative course date will be booked for you.

Please note social distancing will apply to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
